These terms apply to AksharKosh, a service run by Preetam Singh (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.
The service
AksharKosh converts Hinglish (Hindi typed in Latin letters) into Hindi in Devanagari script, and Hindi back into Hinglish, on the site and through the API. Conversions are automatic and can contain mistakes; check important text before you use it.
Accounts
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by getting around the word limits or overloading the converter. Keep your API keys secret: you are responsible for calls made with them.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. The monthly plan renews automatically until you cancel it. Word packs are one-time purchases. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Your text
Your text stays yours. We process it only to convert it, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Agra have jurisdiction.
